Bullet Points

The first championship game matchup is set. In the Big South, Coastal Carolina will host No. 3 Winthrop on Saturday. The Eagles upset defending champions Radford 61-46 on Coastal's home floor.
Both lower seeds won in the two Atlantic Sun quarterfinals played on Thursday. No. 5 East Tennessee State, the defending champions, and No. 6 Mercer, the tourney hosts, advanced to Friday's semifinals.
All four higher seeds won in the Northeast Conference, setting up two semifinals at campus sites (Quinnipiac and Robert Morris).
The No. 8-seeded Drake Bulldogs and No. 7 Missouri State Bears advanced to the quarterfinals in the Missouri Valley's so-called "Pillowfight Thursday."
After a relative handful of games on the first three days of Championship Fortnight, today will be like a drink from a firehose. In addition to the continuation of several tournaments (the OVC semis at Nashville, the A-Sun semis in Macon, Ga., the second round of the MVC's Arch Madness quarters and the Horizon League second round in Hoops Nation capital Indianapolis), four more tourneys get started today. The CAA holds a first round in Richmond, the MAAC is underway in Albany, the Las Vegas-based WCC is in the first round, and the SoCon begins in Charlotte with an initial round.
There are no fewer than 22 elimination games today.
