Rams' Strong Second Half Leads to 80-58 Win Over Charlotte - Senior Keith Cothran and Lamonte Ulmer combined for 40 points to lead the Rhode Island men's basketball team (21-7; 9-6 Atlantic 14) to an 80-58 victory over Charlotte Wednesday night at the Ryan Center on Senior Night. Cothran scored a game-high 18 points as he connected on 8-of-16 shots from the field, while Ulmer chipped in with 12 points. Junior Delroy James and freshman Akeem Richmond also scored in double-figures as they finished with 13 and 11 points, respectively. James also pulled down a game-high eight rebounds. Men's Basketball Team Sweeps Past UTSA 83-76 - Cameron Johnson returned to Texas State's starting lineup in style as he scored 29 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Texas State men's basketball team to an 83-76 victory over UTSA on Wednesday night at the UTSA Convocation Center. Ryan White scored a career-high of 18 points and Uriel Segura added 10 points to help the Bobcats win their third straight game against the Roadrunners, including two games this season, in the annual I-35 Maroon vs. Orange rivalry. Dayton Goes Back On The Road To Face Richmond - The University of Dayton Flyers look to reach the 20-win mark for the third consecutive season as UD goes back on the road to face the Richmond Spiders on Thursday at 7 p.m. ET. The game will be televised on CBS College Sports, carried by WHIO Radio and be available with stats on Gametracker and streaming audio at DaytonFlyers.com. Dayton enters the contest 19-9 overall and 8-6 in conference play. The Flyers rank in 19th in the nation and first in the Atlantic 14 in rebounding margin (plus-6.0) and ranked 34th in the NCAA in scoring defense (61.6 points per game).
