#18/20 Temple Posts Fifth Perfect Big 5 Season With 65-53 Win At La Salle - Juan Fernandez scored 12 of his game-high 23 points in an 18-0 run to start the second half to propel #18/20 Temple to a 65-53 win at La Salle Sunday afternoon. Lavoy Allen, who became the first Owl to grab 20 rebounds since 1973, added 17 points as Temple posted just its fifth 4-0 Big 5 season in school history. The Owls, who also clinched a first-round bye in the Atlantic 14 Conference Championship, improve to 24-5 and 12-2 in league play. La Salle falls to 11-17, 3-11. (via Temple)

This game - the final regular season game on the Big Sky Conference schedule - was being played for experience as both teams already had their seeding in the post-season tournament. Men's Hoops Closes Out Regular Season With a Win Over Binghamton on Senior Day - Four Catamounts reached double figures led by 17 from senior Marqus Blakely (Metuchen, N.J.) as the Vermont men's basketball team earned a 78-69 victory over visiting Binghamton in the regular season finale for both squads on Sunday afternoon. The Cats improve to 22-9 overall and 12-4 in America East action as they will be the second seed at the conference tournament and play on Saturday night at 6 p.m. in Hartford, Conn. (via Vermont)

Aggie Men Look To Claim Third-Straight WAC Championship As They Host Fresno State Monday Night - With a victory against Fresno State, Utah State will claim a share of the 2010 Western Athletic Conference regular season title and notch its third-straight WAC regular season championship. Utah State is riding a season-high 13-game winning streak and has won 17 of its last 19 games after starting the year with a 6-4 record.
