The Bally Club

Prestige. Power. No spending limit. That's what you get with the Bally Club card, the official symbol of membership in The Mid-Majority. Never before has a wallet-sized, individually-numbered, UV-coated, round-edged card said so much about you. It says that you've approved of Division I universities for which APR is important. It says that are a discerning roundball fan, who prefers hot small-college action to the "Top 25."

It also says that you like talking cartoon basketballs.

The card pays for itself immediately upon receipt. On the back, there is a listing of all the conferences regularly covered on this website, along with alphabetical listings of the teams in each league. As an added bonus, conference tournament champions are highlighted, and NCAA victories are noted too. Is it Jacksonville, or Jacksonville State, that's in the OVC? Who won the SWAC title last season? How many teams are in Conference USA? The answer's in your pocket, Dr. Hoops Genius.

The "secret code" on each card opens the doors to a magical message board where true fans can discuss small-college basketball without Big XII and SEC fans telling them how ridiculous we are. Talk about social networking! There will be periodic Bally puzzles and cartoons that nobody else will see (unless they're posted elsewhere by damned rogues).

And the new cards are in and ready for immediate shipment!
